Each staging package includes a property preview (virtual or on‑site), space planning and design, curated inventory selection, furniture, artwork, accessories, textiles, and finishing touches, delivery and professional installation, a 60‑day initial staging term, and complete de‑stage and removal.

Contact Us — Reach out via our website, phone, email, or by submitting our Request a Quote form. Share your listing details, and we’ll send a personalized staging quote tailored to the home.
Receive a Digital Package for Approval — You’ll receive one streamlined digital package that includes your staging proposal, agreement, and invoice — everything in one place for quick approval. The customized staging proposal is based on the suggested rooms to stage, the home’s luxury level, and the listing price point.
Scheduling — Once approved, we secure your staging date and get your listing on our calendar, officially preparing your listing for market.
Property Walk‑Through — Our certified home stager completes a complimentary on‑site assessment to capture measurements, photos, and finalize the staging plan. Our Supra eKEY allows us to access the property without taking time out of your day to meet on‑site.
Design — We select furnishings and accessories that enhance scale, light, and flow to create a warm, inviting look that resonates with buyers.
Delivery & Setup — On staging day, our certified home stagers and designers transform the empty property into a beautifully staged, market‑ready home with a model‑home feel.
De‑Staging — After the listing sells or the staging term ends, our team returns to remove all furniture and accessories. We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice to schedule de‑staging.
