Vacant Home Staging Services

Vacant home staging transforms an empty property into a warm, inviting space that helps buyers shift from “just browsing” to “this could be home.” Empty rooms often feel smaller, colder, and harder for buyers to visualize—leading to questions like Is this room too small? or How would furniture fit? Professional vacant staging brings life and purpose to each space, eliminates buyer hesitation, and creates a stronger emotional connection. According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 83% of buyer’s agents say staging helps buyers visualize a property as their future home.

Rooms Included in Every Vacant Staging Package

Our vacant staging packages focus on the rooms that matter most to buyers and deliver the strongest return on investment: living room, kitchen, dining or breakfast nook, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. These spaces form the emotional core of the home and help buyers connect instantly.

Customized Staging for Every Home

Vacant staging is never one‑size‑fits‑all. Every home is unique, and our staging is tailored to highlight its best features. We create 2–3 customized staging package options based on the number of rooms staged, listing price and luxury level, square footage, and the style of furnishings selected. This ensures your staging aligns with the home’s architecture, target buyer, and market expectations.

What’s Included in Our Vacant Staging Service

Each staging package includes a property preview (virtual or on‑site), space planning and design, curated inventory selection, furniture, artwork, accessories, textiles, and finishing touches, delivery and professional installation, a 60‑day initial staging term, and complete de‑stage and removal.

Our Vacant Staging Process

Request a Quote — Share your listing details and we’ll email a personalized quote tailored to your space, including recommended staging services and next steps.

Proposal — After reviewing your listing details, we prepare a customized staging proposal based on the suggested rooms to stage, the home’s luxury level, and the recommended furniture style.

Contract, Invoice & Scheduling — Once the proposal is approved, we send your staging agreement, invoice, and confirmation of your scheduled staging date, officially preparing your listing for market.

Property Walk‑Through — Our certified home stager visits your vacant home for a complimentary assessment, capturing measurements and photos of the areas to be staged and finalizing the staging plan.

Design — Our design team selects furnishings and accessories that enhance scale, light, and flow while creating a welcoming, aspirational feel throughout the home.

Delivery & Setup — On staging day, our certified home stagers and designers transform the empty property into a beautifully staged, market‑ready home with a model‑home feel.

De‑Staging — After the listing sells or the staging term ends, our team returns to remove all furniture and accessories. We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice to schedule de‑staging.
