Our occupied home stages all begin with a paid pre-market consultation, where we conduct a comprehensive, room-by-room review of the property to determine staging needs. Following the consultation, you will receive the Market Advantage Plan (MAP), a comprehensive, actionable plan.

Homeowner’s can then implement our recommendations on their own (perfect for the DIY-inclined!)—or take the less stressful approach and bring us back to handle the hands-on styling and staging. We offer tiered service options designed to fit the unique needs and priorities of every homeowner.

Our team will transform your home by repurposing your existing furniture, art and accessories. We’ll help you declutter, reorganize, and style your home in a way that enhances its best features and creates a neutral space for potential buyers.

Our stylists may suggest additional accessories or essential pieces to be purchased or rented if they are needed to elevate a space. Whether it's light touch-ups or full-home transformations, we’re here to help maximize buyer appeal and minimize your to-do list.

  • Up to 2 hours of focused styling in high-impact spaces like the living room, entry, or primary suite. Ideal for DIY sellers who've begun implementing the Market Advantage Plan and want final refinements before photos. This package offers maximum impact in minimal time. It’s often paired with our MLS Photo Prep for a polished, camera-ready finish.

  • Up to 4 hours of hands-on staging using your existing furnishings and décor. We work through key areas—repositioning furniture, refining space layout, and layering accents—to create a cohesive, move-in ready look. This session also includes depersonalizing and neutralizing the space, helping buyers envision themselves in the home by removing distractions and softening bold or personal elements. Ideal for sellers who want expert support to elevate their space before listing.

  • A full-day (up to 7 hours) intensive, hands-on session that elevates your entire home—from layout to lighting to final accents. Designed to optimize every room’s appeal and make your listing truly stand out.
