Hi, welcome to Merriment by Design! I’m Angi—owner, Staging Design Professional® and a RESA-PRO® Member based in Van Alstyne, Texas. I received my Staging Design Professional® certification through Staging Studio, an accredited, nationally recognized leader in home staging education and industry standards. I received training in buyer psychology, design principles, and strategic market preparation. The certification didn’t just teach me the tools—it pulled together everything I’ve loved for years about creating beautiful, intentional, and merry spaces.

I founded Merriment by Design to pursue what I love most—designing spaces that speak to the heart. With a passion for organizing, arranging, and decorating, I focus on staging that highlights a property's best features and helps buyers instantly envision it as home. From thoughtful layouts to carefully chosen finishing touches, every detail is designed to make a lasting impression. I love to team with realtors, investors, and homeowners who believe in the art of a first impression.
